Designation: Customer Service Executive

Payroll: Temporary ( On third-party payroll)

Responsibilities

• Resolving queries and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• To find fresh opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
• To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
• To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
• To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
