Job Description for Customer Service Executive (CSE) needed in Chennai for BPO .

Should have minimum 1 year of experience as BPO tele caller (voice process)
Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
Should be familiar with Microsoft excel.

Ability to lead a team.
