Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Executive (Voice)

Good Communication in English is required.
Fresher and Experience both apply.
Location- Airoli(Navi Mumbai).
Shift - Day rotational Shift 8am to 8pm. (Any 9 hrs shift).

Looking for an immediate Joiner.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
