Job Description
- Our team is expanding and we’re currently looking for Candidates with outstanding English communication& ready to work in night shift.
- Any Process - International BPO Type ,Telemarketing ,Voice Process - International BPO Type
- Customer Service Executive/ Representative.
- Shifts: Part time & Full time (special evening shift for girls).
- Campaign: Auto Loan & Hot Transfer.
- (Candidates Experienced with both campaigns Will Have Extra benefits in term of salary and incentives).
- Accepting resumes of fresher/ experienced for Above profile. Candidates with rich experience of International call center would be an advantage.
- Salary: No Bars for right Candidate.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
