Business Description
- 3ev provides hyper-local connectivity services based on its proprietary Software Platform, mix of auto rickshaws and internally manufactured EV rickshaws, and community-centric fleet operating model.
- The company was established in Bangalore in February 2019 and manufactures at its factory in Doddaballapura, Karnataka.
- Based on the proprietary 3ev business model, service operations focus on providing a superior customer experience, operating efficiency, asset-utilization, driver training and retention, earnings power, operating density, and scalable profitability and growth.
- Our goal is to develop a sustainable ecosystem between customers, franchise partners, technology and marketing partners and society for better, cleaner, more efficient hyper-local micro mobility and logistics solutions.
Operations
- 3ev operations are organized into individual Fleet Operating Stations (FOS) which are located at the center of specific neighborhoods in order to serve the surrounding area limited to 5-10km radius.
- Each FOS contains between 20-50 drivers and vehicles for passenger, parcel delivery and freight services within the designated area.
- Multiple FOS are grouped together with slightly overlapping coverage in order to provide 3ev hyper-local connectivity services to a broader geography.
- A grouping of 10-15 FOS comprise a Fleet Operating Network (FON) which then can have between 200 - 750 drivers and vehicles.
- The operation of each FOS is independent with limited cross over from one FOS to another, although resource allocation between FOS can occur.
- 3ev Standard Operating Procedure is followed in all FOS and FON.
Job Description
- 3ev is seeking a Customer Service HELPER to report directly to the CTO and Operations Managers at the company and its affiliates.
- The HELPER interacts with incoming customer service requests and processes these services in accordance with the 3ev SOP.
Position Description
- Pertaining to 3eco RDGO (RIDE, DELIVERY, GOODS ORDER) services offered by 3ev, obtain client information and requests by answering telephone calls.
- Record service request in hard copy and electronic form.
- Follow 3ev SOP for fulfillment of customer service requests.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports of service activity.
- Work from home required as per 3ev Virtual Office structure.
Required skills and experience:
- Fluent in English and Kannada.
- Clear speaking voice.
- Confident to speak with customers over the phone.
- Experienced in using a desktop computer.
- Able to multi-task in handling multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Able to follow SOP with total discipline, focus, and precision.
- Able to self-motive and self-regulate in a Virtual Office, work-from-home structure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
Experience 1-2 years: Call center customer service role.
