Job Description
- Position- Customer Service in German Language
- Location :- Pune
- Shift Timings :- 24*7 rotational shifts
- Salary package maximum up to 4,50,000 P.A.
- B1 or above equivalent degree in German from reputed institute - Undergraduate
- Graduate - Fresher's can apply
- Handle and respond to customers requests via mail/chat to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
- Generic & Behavioral Skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in German Language.
- Should be proficient with computers.
- Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule .
