Requisites:
Education : Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 0-any
Role : Customer Service/Inbound
Required Candidate: Immediate Joiner
Salary: Flat Rs.26500 CTC (Take home would be around 22k)irrespective of experience or fresher
Shift: Rotational (15 Days in one shift as they have both Domestic and US process)
Facility: Conveyance Facility both Sides irrespective of the Shifts and one free meal
Training Process: 1 Month paid training, if cleared then further on the process Job
JD:
The Caption call is for the deaf people whose parents wants to communicate with them via electronic media (Mobile) and this will be converting their speech into sms via the customer care executive continuously repeating it without any pause or stopping to the software for conversion.
Skills required: Excellent English communication and understanding of the US accent as well for further communication and conversion of speech
This is an onsite JOB. No WFH Facility.
