About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the customer support leader to solve customer's problems daily
2. Stay on top of email, chat & call support line making sure all queries are answered in a professional manner within a 24 hour period deadline
3. Solve the most complex customer problems and understand how to address issues the right way
4. Work as a customer support intern
5. Take inbound leads and figure a way to convince the customer to make a sale
