Customer Service
Job Description
1. Support KePSLA's customer success team by acting as an effective liaison between the operations team and the affiliate partner (client) of the company
2. Work closely with the partners (clients) to develop favourable client relationships that promote retention and loyalty
3. Analyze the requirements and work independently
4. Work on data analysis
5. Generate client-specific ad-hoc reports from KePSLA's guest intelligence platform
6. Handle QA and testing of new features and developments
7. Work in partnership with the operations team building and deliver strong business processes to optimize benefits to the affiliate partner
8. Maintain the account and payment cycle of the affiliate partner

2. can start the internship between 22nd Mar'21 and 26th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months

This position is one that will lend itself to a full-time position, so a sense of initiative and purpose will be strongly valued. The internship is mostly a work-from-home program but there will be face-to-face meetings on a need-to basis.
