About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Helping in improving processes to optimize a better customer experience
2. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
3. Managing key operational metrics on service delivery, TAT management
4. Following up for issue /complaint resolution whenever required
5. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Transfering unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
