Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executive / Team leader / Asst Product Manager
- Customer service executive (Inbound / Outbound)
- End-to-end customer relationship management.
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
- Provide exceptional customer support / customer service when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned and Explaining product Features.
- Providing the right customer experience
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with focus on customers and helping the same with different product features.
- 100% calling process (Voice base)
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
- Flexibility in terms of week offs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
