This is not a junior level voice process, the Agent must be able to guide and encourage and advise the customer to address the areas which prevent online success.
To carry out this role effectively you must be confident, are understand the business and process, build rapport and gain trust so that you are effective through both the rough and good times.
A challenging but rewarding role where you can measure your success by not just supporting the use of our software but also seeing a visible impact on someone else's business. Skills / Experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Listening / Comprehension
Attention to detail.
Be a Fast Learner and a Team Player
Have CS and or Sales experience, and be familiar with dealing with B2b campaigns.
Be able to communicate at all levels and have a keen eye on the deliverables.
Meet KPI's set by TL.
Be able to cope with difficult situations and turn them around.
Passionate and self- driven person with ownership to liaise with team and ability to work independently as required by the business.
