Position: Customer Service - MaxLife
Location: Noida
Pre- Requisites: Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
Qualification Graduate Experience Min 6 months customer service or Customer Care experience.
Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
Should have problem solving attitude.
Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization
English Communication Level - good communication skills High comprehension High fluency Very good sentence construction ability Minor grammatical errors acceptable No MTI pronunciation errors Hindi is a must.
Shift working window - Fixed shifts 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm for male/female Sundays fixed off for all.
Salaries INR 14000 monthly CTC. (in hand 11700/-)
