Job Description
1. Responding to all customer calls professionally, listening sympathetically and with the genuine desire to help
2. Providing the requested information about products, services, orders
3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
4. Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
5. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
6. Making regular calls to existing customers or potential customers to provide education, support, troubleshooting, and sales information, related to products or services

2. can start the internship between 4th Aug'20 and 8th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Delhi, Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
