About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer all calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
5. Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries.
6. Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; both verbal and written.
- Experience of 1-2 years in the same field
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation.
- An effective team player with strong work ethics.
