Job Description

  • Coordinate with clients on improvising the look and feel of the brand store and getting the changes implemented
  • To plan client-specific promotions. Work with the product team to ideate new features to improve online user experience
  • Improving Client Servicing Experience
  • Create, manage and optimize client's product listing on Brand store
  • Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs
  • Coordinate changes with the business managers and getting them implemented
  • Research and identify new enhancements and feature we can enable on different brand stores
  • Identify product, service issues, and resolve them accordingly
