About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collect in-depth and critical insights from existing and potential users by interacting with them over phone calls
2. Help develop a deeper understanding of the existing user base
3. Help understand customer needs, their behavior, and preferences
4. Analyze the result of the research and present the insights
5. Prepare key insights from the customer interactions and queries and share with the relevant internal stakeholder
6. Explore new avenues to improve customer experience
7. Deliver high quality work while meeting deadlines

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Aug'20 and 2nd Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must be ready to take up new initiatives in the domain as and when required
2. Must have proficiency and fluency in Hindi and English as a language
3. Must know or have a keen interest to learn MS Excel and ability to maintain reports
4. Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
