About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution
2. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
5. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
