About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and filing documents
2. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
3. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
4. Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
5. Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
6. Tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
7. Preparing appropriate and accurate logistics reports for customers
8. Monitoring deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
9. Maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
