About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using dashboard made by the technical team
6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
8. Follow up to ensure resolution
9. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
10. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
11. Take the extra mile to engage a customer
12. Keep information confidential
