Job Description
1. Handling customer grievances and customer escalations
2. Working on a cold call to potential customers
3. Working customer sales and up-selling and cross-selling
4. Coordinating with the operations team for any urgent deliveries or customer problem solving
5. Doing regular follow-up of customer problem resolutions
6. Building processes for business growth wrt to customer touchpoints and increasing customer satisfaction

6. Any design-related experience in the past will help you grow faster in the company and will help in performing better with the role
7. Prior experience in a customer relationship with a consumer brand will be a plus
The company is into interior design product selling and wants to be one of the biggest brands in this space. We are looking for customer experts who want to go out of the way to build this brand and enhance the customer experience.
The candidates should have a passion and obsession for customer satisfaction and should have a good understanding of the design aspect to understand the business as well as the potential customers.
You will be measured on NPS which needs to be more than 85 on a regular and ongoing basis.
