About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls
2. Working on generating sales leads
3. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
