About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling for feedback and providing information about services and campaigns
2. Keeping records of feedback, inquiries, complaints, comments, suggestions, etc.
3. Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, within the time limits
4. Referring unresolved grievances or requests to the designated person/department
5. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests or complaints

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Feb'21 and 13th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
