About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
2. Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and resolve them for the customer
4. Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
