Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire consumer database through WhatsApp, chatbot & other platforms
2. Handling day-to-day interactions with consumers through messages & calls and all consumer complaints
3. Reporting customer issues and bugs to the team & then gathering feedback from consumers once bugs are solved
4. Maintaining dashboard for customer success and onboardings
5. Communicating with the technology team to ensure a smooth resolution of tickets
