Job Description
Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team), both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team)
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
- Effectively deal with irate callers, and upset customers
- Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned
- Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
- Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment
