Job Description
1. Ensuring customer service excellence
2. Displaying complete onus to the customer's query/problems
3. Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
4. Working towards nil defects (100% adherence to product and process)
5. Ensuring nil customer complaints and excellent SLS scores
6. Escalating/Highlighting customer problem incidences
7. Ensuring adherence to service and sales compliance
8. Assisting in cross-selling/upselling on set products (assets and liabilities products)
9. Ensuring process efficiency by achieving set targets of call quality

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Mar'21 and 12th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
