About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing customer care via phone call, email, online trouble ticket system, and webchat
2. Handling any visitors. S/he would be responsible for queries related to the company, its products, and services, new orders, renewals, POS, and vendor registration, billing
