Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the company's official e-mail and social media handles
2. Working on regular communication with customers and other stakeholders about the delivery status
3. Converting potential customers by replying to questions on the official website
4. Coordinating with the operations department about inventory and other customer issues
5. Analysing data and creating processes for the rest of the team to follow
6. Making the customer experience as seamless as possible
