Job Description
- Critical position for customer and organization to maintain good reputation and service
- Excellent communication skills - must be able to speak Hindi & English.
- A third language is also preferable (could be Telugu, Tamil or Kannada)
- Handle official calls, issues, sales and marketing calls from customers and prospective customers
- Provide right guidance to customers, raise tickets internally and follow up on tickets with the teams to ensure resolution to issues
- Should have passion for customer care and technology
