Job Description :
i. Responsible for authorizing the financial transactions executed by the Teller/CSE during the day.
ii. Joint Custodian of Secured Stationery and Insta Kit and required to review daily.
iii. Responsible for scrutiny of Account Opening Form and its entry in the CRM and authorising for onward processing by the CPC.
iv. Responsible for scrutiny of customer service menu form or its instructions and its entry in the CRM for onward processing by the CPC.
v. Responsible for conducting customer service meeting every second Friday of the month and submission of minutes of the meeting.
vi. Handling of customer queries and complaints and provide timely solution for the same.
vii. Execution of locker agreement, allotment and surrender in the system and safe keeping of the agreement and locker keys.
viii. Being Joint custodian of cash, he/she responsible for tallying of cash at the end of day, signing of cash packets and safe keeping of cash in the vault and maintaining cash balance within CRL limit.
ix. Timely submission of Monthly Compliance Certificate, Counterfeit reporting, Cash transaction for more than 10 lacs and other reporting asked by management.
x. Maintaining FTNR percentage below 10%.
xi. Daily updation of records of deliverable, Insta Kit in the DLMS software.
xii. Joint Custodian of ATM and responsible for loading cash as per the indent received and housekeeping of ATM lobby.
xiii. Timely completion of clearing operations and remittance of surplus funds above Bank Retention Limit to HDFC Account.
xiv. Daily checking of the BOD/EOD reports and report, if any exception observed.
xv. Timely opening of branch batch and closing of branch batch.
xvi. Provide training and guidance to the branch official about the processes and banking practice followed by the Bank.
xvii. Cross- selling of Banking Products and Third-Party Products.
xviii. Management of lobby during the rush hours and attending customers.
