- Job Summary
1) Ensuring a positive experience all along the Handover process.
2) Strong co-ordination with engineering team to ensure that day to day operations are moving in smoother manner.
3) Understanding and highlighting process gap to the management time to time.
4) Evaluating and Analyzing CS and Customer snags that are being reported and work towards minimizing them.
5) Sharing the best practices and learning of each project so that the organisation benefits from learning.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Email response to all customer quires / complaints.
- Registration process compliance and complete documentation reediness and adherence to Finance,Legal,Registration office procedure.
- Monitoring email response to customer.
- Ensuring that all relevant MIS is tracked and updated periodically.
- Team management- ensuring that the team is motivated and aligned to the process laid.
- 100% process adherence.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience preferable from real estate background.
- Strong communication skills
- Good typing Speed.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
