The candidate will be working with EMEAI & SAJK GCFS team and must have Japanese expertise (Speaking, Listening and Writing). Helping to support Japan Intelligent Scheduling business, where He/ She need to work in conjunction with Japanese CSO organization and Japanese Customers for scheduling the onsite visit for our engineers.

Mandatory Requirements
- Green Zone
- N2 in Japanese.
- Excellent Japanese verbal/written communication skills, as would need to engage with partner function in Japan.
- Advanced level in MS-Excel.
- Operational experience will be added asset
- Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation.
- Good team player and a strong ability to work independently.
- Flexible working hours
- SAP CRM would be added advantage.
- N1 Japanese
- Green Zone (Gurgaon , Dwarka Nearby)
- Prior Experience in Operations
- 4-6 Years Overall experience
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Freahers with Japnese language expertise are required for this role.
