Job Description
- Act as single point of contact for our customers and manage / negotiate pricing and co-ordination for all shipments.
- Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements.
- Be proactive in order to minimize service crises.
- Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates.
- Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time.
- Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.
- Follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments.
