ESMSYS is seeking the services of a CSR for its branch office at Ahmedabad
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be responsible for calling potential customer, engaging them in conversation, providing information regarding our company and service.
- Should also be assigned a quota to meet on a weekly basis.
- Candidate for this position must have a proven track record in cold calling in a business-to-business environment.
- Greet customers, introduce self and company; answer any questions potential customer may have about the company.
- Provide information regarding the services we provide.
- Call potential customers following call list provided.
- Make cold calls and callbacks to develop sales leads.
- Secure sales appointments and manage lead follow-up
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have 1 or more years’ experience in cold calling.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent computer skills...working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Google, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Possess exceptional 'people skills' to deal with all levels within an organization.
- Follows direction well.
- Strong Organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up.
- Night Shift experience is must
