Job Description
Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative with 1-2 years experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Serves customers by providing product and service information.
2)
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
and suggesting information about other products and services.
3) Prepares product or service reports on daily basis.
Required Skills:
* Customer service
(Ability
to identify the needs and preferences of assigned customers and to
coordinate with internal support functions to meet customer needs.
Ability to successfully research and resolve customer issues in an
accurate, thorough and timely matter with minimal assistance).

Preferred Qualification & Experience:
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 1-2 years experience in relevant field (Customer Service).
* Familiarity with MS office.
Commitment: Full-Time

Timings: 9.30 am-6.30 pm
