Job Description
Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service representative for our customer service department.
Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures.
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers, vendors, and companies.
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Able to handle customer issues (Order related).
· Should be able to process orders hassle-free.
· Cancel or upgrade accounts.
· Responding to customer's queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone.
· Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- One to two years of call centre representative experience is preferred.
