Job Description
- Customer Service Representative
- A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer.
- The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Generate Sales & AMC Leads.
- Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
- Qualification: Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 yrs of experience in the same field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.

TULAMAN has erected and commissioned Weigh Bridges of capacities as high as 250t for weighing hot metal ladle cars to Bokaro & Bhilai Steel Plants. Tulaman uses the latest generation Load Cells and quality components. All TULAMAN weighing systems conform to OIML Standards & Indian Weights & Measures Regulations.
