Job Description
- Opening for Customer Care Executive or Sr. Customer Care Executive in International BPO.
- PROCESS: - Tech Support Outbound Voice Process
- Shift: UK, US, CAN, AUS (Day Shift)
- Timing: 12pm to 9pm
- Location: Dunlop, Baranagar Kolkata
- Sun fixed off.
- Working days: 6 days working
Eligibility:
- Minimum H.S.
- Very good comm skill in English.
- Hard working and persuasive nature
- Handle outbound calls for solving customer quires
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Must have good convincing skills.
- Excellent conversational and customer service skills.
- Should have good persuasive power & can handle our Overseas Clients
- Candidate don’t have to sell any product/ however need to inform our Technical Services
- Should have exp. from International BPO outbound voice process or Inbound process
- Should have exp. in Call closing/Team handling.
- Should have Min. 6 months of exp with any international voice process
- Job Type: Full-time
- TIMING: 12PM - 9PM (FULL TIME),4PM - 9PM(PART TIME), 9PM - 6 AM (NIGHT-FULL TIME)
- 8000- 9000 PLUS INCENTIVES -- For Freshers -- Day Shift
- 9000-20000 FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO with OUTBOUND Process
- Fixed Salary.
- 6 Days Working with Sunday Fixed off
