  • Location: Dunlop, Baranagar Kolkata
  • Sun fixed off.
  • Working days: 6 days working


  • Minimum H.S.
  • Very good comm skill in English.
  • Hard working and persuasive nature
  • Handle outbound calls for solving customer quires
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Must have good convincing skills.
  • Excellent conversational and customer service skills.
  • Should have good persuasive power & can handle our Overseas Clients
  • Candidate don’t have to sell any product/ however need to inform our Technical Services
  • Should have exp. from International BPO outbound voice process or Inbound process
  • Should have exp. in Call closing/Team handling.
  • Should have Min. 6 months of exp with any international voice process
  • Job Type: Full-time
Salary for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive:
  • 8000- 9000 PLUS INCENTIVES -- For Freshers -- Day Shift
  • 9000-20000 FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO with OUTBOUND Process
