Job Summary:
- To respond to customer's queries and requests through phone, email etc.and update necessary systems and details about the interaction and caller details.
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about the products or services, take/ cancel orders.
- Keep recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action, is taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on the customer’s request.
- Reply/Get a feedback on Social Media Platforms.
- Refer unsolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service skills.
- Must have a strong background in verbal and written communication
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹17,000.00 to ₹19,000.00 /month
