JOB DESCRIPTION FOR “CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE”
- Position Title:Customer Service Representative
- Mandatory Requirement
- Good Communication.
- Ready to work in 24*7 support (including night shift)
- Candidate should not be pursuing any kind of Course / Certification.
- This role involves providing notifications to the clients and assisting with any queries they may have.
- Following a standard call flow and query handling process.
- Using resources and tools, will support the customer by answering questions and escalating if needed for further support.
- CSRs will utilize their communication and soft skills to deliver the notifications to the clients with clarity.
- They need to ensure that the notifications need to be clear and if there are any queries they need to be addressed correctly or escalated.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Confident to handle assign responsibility.
- Female candidates will be working in day and afternoon shift (1st & 2nd shift)
