Job Description
  • This role involves providing notifications to the clients and assisting with any queries they may have.
  • Following a standard call flow and query handling process.
  • Using resources and tools, will support the customer by answering questions and escalating if needed for further support.
  • CSRs will utilize their communication and soft skills to deliver the notifications to the clients with clarity.
  • They need to ensure that the notifications need to be clear and if there are any queries they need to be addressed correctly or escalated.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualification
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Confident to handle assign responsibility.
  • Female candidates will be working in day and afternoon shift (1st & 2nd shift)
