Job Description
We are looking for a customer
service representative who can interact with our customers and provide them
with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Also,
you will have to deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
Responsibilities
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
complaints
Qualifications-Any Graduate
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
