Roles & Responsibilities:

• Order management & Sales
  
• To process orders as per client specifications and internal SOPs
  
• To up sell products and services
  
• To coordinate effectively with artists and delivery team to execute orders
  
• To enters and verify information in the studio order sheet
  
• To prepare the studio production sheet and delivery sheet.
  
• To makes the reminder calls to customers 
  

Production:

• To write the message on the message card
  
• To prepare and print the delivery challan
  
• To coordinate for purchase of any accessories, if required
  
• To inserts the message card in the arrangement after the arrangement is made
  
• To take and download photograph of the arrangement 
  

Deliveries:

• To make delivery plans for next set of deliveries basis defied criteria
  
• To issues advances to make the deliveries
  
• To attend to calls from delivery boys and resolve delivery issues
  
• To send confirmation to client after delivery – maybe Whatsapp the arrangement
  
• To collect challans post delivery and send to accounts
  
• To check log books of delivery boys for reimbursements processing
  
• Billing and collections
  
• To email studio order sheet to accountant on a daily basis
  
• To send challans to accountant daily
  
• To coordinate with accountant and delivery boys for collections
  
• To report collected money to accountant and deposit as advised
  

Qualifications: Undergraduate / Graduate

Prior Experience: An ideal candidate have 0-2 years of experience and would be a presentable person with excellent skills in front line sales, communication and client servicing preferably having some background / idea about the luxury segment.
