Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers via phone and e-mail
  • Providing customer quotations of service contract and spares
  • Accept and enter customer orders - Data entry into SAP
  • Perform customer invoicing, maintain service reports records
  • AR follow-up
  • Local spares and accessories inventory management through SAP
  • RMA order creation and material custom clearance follow-up
  • Coordination with the factory for system and spares shipping
  • Some production planning
  • Ensure an efficient system for all processes within the back office in your division
  • Ensure effectiveness in actively supporting the efforts of the sales, service and application team
  • General clerical tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in customer service
  • SAP business operations software experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer knowledge – MS office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Good organizational skills
