We are looking for Freshers’ or experienced candidates for Technical Support profile. 

We need people who are having computers background and can work as per US shift timings and have good English communication skills. Please ignore this job, if you are not looking for a high powered, challenging position in software/technology Customer support.

As part of job, Application Support/Technical Support professional would be expected to be responsible for two major contributions: (a) trouble-shooting (b) problem solving.

  • Typically, our customers contact us by either entering a ticket in our Web-based issue tracking system or calling our Call Center. 
  • Our Tech Support Manager will assign tickets to Application Specialist and route phone calls to you depending on your training and certifications achieved. 
  • The first part of the job will involve understanding a customer's complaint and analyzing it thoroughly to diagnose the EXACT problem. 
  • This is called troubleshooting and will take you time to achieve proficiencies but anyone cannot perform on this job without becoming very good at this skill. 
  • The second part of the job will involve working with our engineering and professional services team to find out the suitable solution to the problem you have identified.

  • You must have reasonably good English speaking and writing skills to communicate with customers and internal team members over the phone and through emails. 
  • We shall train you on the job for an advanced level of English usage and communication, however, basic level of communication skills are essential for even considering someone for this position.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum requirement

  • Basic operations of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Trouble-shooting and Problem solving skills
  • Reasonably good English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and desire to learn more
Rotational shifts. Day & Night.

Location: Ahmedabad
Education: Either BE/B.Tech. (Computers or IT) or MCA/M.Sc. (Computers or IT) or Computer Graduate 
Freshers can also apply.
Professional Compensation: Salary not a bar for the right candidates.
