Job Description
- The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries.
- To attend calls/ make calls, gather required information/ clarify issues required.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Provide telephone/email based troubleshooting assistance and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.
- Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution
- Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalate issues if appropriate, to the Team Leads/CSM
- Provide Back end services to Clients.
- Handling all customer query including complaints until satisfactorily resolved.
- Good knowledge of customer care techniques.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department
- Ensure all applications/documents are as per KYC & Compliance procedures
