Job Title - Customer Service Technician,
Job Locations – Bangalore
Language known - English + Any Regional Language
CTC – 9000 to 11,500 + incentives + TA + ESI + PF
Qualification – 10th ,10+2,Puc,Diploma Electrical /Under graduates
Work Timings – 9.30 am to 5.00 pm
Males (Day Shifts) / No females
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attending the Customer Complaint
- Spares selling
- Convincing / approaching the customer for AMC
- Complaint and attachment selling (Fireguards, vacuum cleaner etc)
- Mandatory service
- Retrieving the lost customers
- Product Installation
Desired Profile
- Good communication
- Should have 2 wheeler & Driving License
- Ready to do field job
