Customer Support Executive (semi voice process) (6 months to 1 years - Experience in International BPO)
Qualification: Graduate
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, Candidate should be self-starter and quick learner.
- Fast learners with a passion to work as customer service executive.
- Experienced in using MS Office tools.
- Confident to communicate with Global clients
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Should have motivational qualities and able to motivate people
- Good at using search and internet tools
- Ability to handle pressure
Job Description:
- Provide support to global clients (Calls & Emailing).
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups.
- Conversion of Leads.
- Ability to handle pressure and take multi tasking.
- Handle Customer request and provide satisfactory service.
- To ensure maximum satisfaction to the clients in terms of our services by coordinating with all the respective departments.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Management.
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the TL as required
