Job Description
- Act as a contact between company, its existing clients and potential markets
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Post sales migration and on boarding of customers in close liason with internal and external clients which will be the primary responsibility of the role.
- Handhold the customers through adoption of the Mobile App.
- Internalize the product and act as a Customer Champion to increase adoption.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
