Technical Support Associate
DESCRIPTION
- Provide first level technical support to customers through Telephone,Fax,email,chat and mail.
- To answer and resolve all queries,requests and complaints of customers through inbound/outbound calls,chat and email.
- Expected to finish your work independently and will have to exhibit higher learning curve.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication (0-2 years)
- Languages required (English/Bengali) , (English/Tamil) ,(English/Telugu)
- Strong in-depth knowledge of desktops and well familiar with troubleshooting issues with desktops with main focus on processors and motherboards
- Hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting of different versions of windows desktop operating systems
- Hands on experience in FRU ( Field replaceable unit) level troubleshooting on desktops
- Experience in troubleshooting all hardware as well as connected software
